Brownish/Peach discharge a week after period

Hi there. My period ended on the 6th.. and today, the 11th, I noticed a brownish/peach colored discharge after I got back from a run at the park. My periods are normal, and I haven't had sex in 5 and a half months, so it's not a pregnancy issue. Could this be just "cleaning out" after my cycle... or something else? Has anyone else had this happen?

Dont worry. Its just old blood that was up there after your period. I suspect the excercise you were doing helped to loosen things up. So as you say, its just a cleaning. Ususally I like to douche after my period, to help clear things up. Hope that helps.

Brown discharge is typically just old blood your body is cleaning out. It's possible while you were running you could have done it in a way that it caused the discharge. If it really concerns you, you could talk to your doctor about it, but it's normally nothing to worry about.

Also, while i was running I felt a little cramp for second... but thought nothing of it really when it happened. Until I got home and has to use the restroom...
