Bubbles in belly

From last week ive been getting a really sore pain in my stomach ( the bottom ) on my right hand side, then ive been getting really sore twinges from my left side and right of my stomach, and i feel bubbles inside my stomach bubbling up then maybe bursting? I feel bubbling above my vagina public area and then at the left hand side. I have a sore chest and sore back , i am also bleeding ( periods ) but have never felt like this before, is this normal? I also feel the blood pouring out of me like im peeing myself although im not and its not like its millions of blood. My stomach has feelings fragil, it feels hard, i am not pregnant as i have a contraceptive implant inside my arm, and i bleed onced in a while but i've been feeling sore before i've bled.

You clearly need to see a doctor.  Do  not completely discount the possibility of pregnancy, either.

Go to the doctor.
