Bump on outer vagina lip

I am 14 years old. I have a bump on the outer lip of my vagina. Under the skin their is a lump as well. i have had this type of bump twice. But the second bump I popped. And now after maybe after a month the same exact bump has returned. I have noticed a characteristic of this bump it seems to only come when I use those body washes from perfume sets(you know the cheap ones that are only to make you smell good) I have tried to stay calm as possible. But I mean I am kind of worried. I am a virgin. So I'm confident it's not a std but you never know.
I'll describe the bump below-

•it can be painful if I squeeze or pick it.
•if a white head forms it can be popped
        •it is sorta reoccurring

I have checked out some websites and they have scared the crap out of me by saying its genital warts and herpies. But like it doesn't have characteristics of a wart. And the fluid inside a herpies bump is highly contagious and I haven't seen two bumps appear at a time. Or anywhere on my body such as my mouth or anal. Someone please tell me this is just a reaction to soap!!!

Hi I'm only 13 and have this lump on the outer lip of my vagina.I don't know what to do I don't want to tell anyone because it's really embarrassing and I don't want to go to the doctor. Can someone please suggest some home remedies to help me get rid of it. The lump is under the skin and doesn't have a head. I've had it for 3-5 days. It's very painful and itches a bit, I've put ice on it and that seemed to reduce the swelling. Please help me!!!
Thank you!!! ;-)
P.S I'm a virgin.

Hi there.  If you are a virgin, it is not going to be an std (SEXUALLY transmitted disease) like herpes or HPV.  Try not to worry about that.

However, as it crusts over and then reoccurs, you must seek some medical guidance for this.  tell your mom hon.  It's nothing to be embarrassed about.  It could be as simple as a hair follicle that is infected or a cyst that is now infected because you picked it, etc.

But you need to see a doctor.  I wish you the best of luck.
