You might wanna get checked out by your doctor.

Sounds like you may be seeing Fordyce Granules, which are ectopic sebaceous gland (oil glands). They are normal and can appear in the mouth as well. They don't go away, and are really only a cosmetic concern. I'd still get checked out, but look up fordyce granules on the internet and see if the photos match what you are seeing.

I sometimes get bumps that are essentially pimples.  The oil glands might be clogged.  If you have itching, burning or any other problems talk to your Mom!  Some STD's can give you really bad infections and can later affect your ability to have children.  Look to see if there is a Planned Parenthood clinic in your area.  They might be able to see you without your folks knowing or they can at least answer some of your questions.  Bottom line, you should try to get in to see a doctor just to be safe.  Tell your mom you don't feel good and then talk to the doc by yourself.
