Burning,Swelling, Irritation - help?

5 days now, my vagina has been red and burning. It seems like my minora is swollen a bit. It started to burn when I pee this morning, but I think its from it being so irritated and dry. So I put some diaper rash cream on and it seems to have helped sooth the burning.  Anyone know what this is? My mom doesnt think its a yeast infection because theres no itching or discharge. Im really confused to what this is.  Can irritation of the vagina cause the swelling and burning?

Do you think re-apply the cream and eating yogurt, drinking lots of water will get me back to normal?

Sounds like thrush, you don't have to have discharge or itching. I used to use nice perfumed soaps in the shower but one day it gave me thrush and now I can only use baby's soap so try that, but you will need to still get the pill and cream to get rid of it. Changing soap is only prevention, not cure.
