Burning sensation in hands and feet

Almost every night around the same time, my feet and hands begin to burn up. It is not necessarily painful, however, they feel very warm, and the condition is very unpleasant. This seems to occur like clockwork, and the condition lasts for approximately 30 minutes to an hour. I appreciate any thoughts I can get on my condition. Thanks.

My sister has neuropathy in her feet and has the same symptoms.  She takes Neurontin for this.  She has been suffering from auto-immune diseases for about 10 years and has just been diagnosed with lupus.  You may want to ask your doctor about getting tested.  They have a test to check for auto-immune diseases.  I also know that diabetes can cause neuropathy in your feet.  I would definately get checked out by a doctor.
