Can I wear tampons at night?

My period book says I can't but my mom say I can wear tampons at night.

Well, I think that pads are much better for the night, as tampons have to be changed every 2-3 hours.

Yes you can. You'll be fine! I've worn them at night my whole life. Just be sure to change it out when you wake up.

You probably should just stick to wearing pads at night unless you plan on sleeping 8hrs or less.
