Can a pap smear detect all stds ?

Hey ladies I had my last pap smear late las year and what i want to know is if it detects all stds?

When they do a pap smear they look at the what the cervix looks like and take a sample of the skin. Most places, while they're there, also do a swab test for gonorrhea and chlamydia -but nothing else. So no they don't test for all STD's. HPV usually isn't tested for unless you get an abnormal test result (I think perhaps because of cost). Herpes, HIV, and trich are also not tested for. HIV is an expensive test, trichomoniasis I believe has to be seen through a microscope for a true positive result, herpes can be easily tested for based on look/symptoms/ blood test.
