Can i be on my period and be pregnant i am 18 and confused
ok well i thought i was pregnant with my ex boyfriends baby (he is 25) and i am 18 but like i had and have all the sings of being pregnant and i was a week late for my period but it finaly came and the thing is now i am confused bc he thought i was pregnant and i thought i was too and all my friends who have babys i told them everything and they all think that i am, untill i got my period ....... so could i still be pregnant even though i got my period ???? or did i have a misscarrage because i have not been to a doctor yet... because my dad dosnt know i even did anything and i dont want to say anything untill i am sure and my mom knows but now that i got my period she dosnt think i am pregnant anymore.... and she told me not to worry, but i am worried..............PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!
OK so i posted this well i FINALLY took a test and it came out negative ..... so i am not and thats good bc i found out the guy didnt really care anyways
brown blood is old blood !! when i was on the pill i only ever had brown blood and it was just spotting every month when i came off the pill i have full blown red periods now but at the end its sometimes brown because its the end of your period...old blood hope that helps
i have to agree with these comments it seems like you are attention seeking no dis-respect but at 18 if your mature enough to have sexual intercourse then you should be mature enough to know that you need birth control whats confusing about that ??
its quite clear what has happned probably from stressing out your cycle has just been a little messed up happens to us all but that doesnt mean your pregnant having spotting does in no way indicate a miscarrage !!!! there is nothing to be confused about i cant understand why you have not done a simple preg test from the day you felt you missed your period ? it takes 2 minutes rather than makin talkin childs talk !!

I'm not sure why, but it seems that you're very focused and almost wanting to be pregnant even though it's something you're not even willing to tell your dad about.
My suggestion is that if you're not going to use condoms, at least get on birth control. If you can't remember the pill (like alot of girls who accidentally end up prego) try discussing other options like the NuvaRing or that patch. Although, I do have to say the patch wasn't for me when I tried it.. but I have friends who love it.

Sorry to say, but I don't think you're pregnant. I don't think you had a miscarriage either. It really sounds like you just got too far ahead of yourself...You really should have taken a pregnancy test before you started assuming that you were going to have a baby.
no mine is just like that at the very end. but is was also like that the first time i got. i have friends who also have that so i think its normal.

ok this is my post and my question and the thing is i just ENDED and it was only 2 DAYS so i dont think it was my period i think that maybe it was spotting but i can never tell the difference and now my stomach is back to feeling the way it was before all this confusing ness came and so MAYBE I AM, I AM DEFFENITLY TAKING A TEST bc now i am more confused then ever
your body clock works in different ways i would definatly say your not pregnant ive had a later period lots of times and you would know about it if you had a miscarrage !!!, one thing i dont understand is at 18 why are you having un protected sex ?? why did you not take the morning after pill as soon as you did have un protected sex ?? i dont think you need to see a doctor you just a late period thats all
like wen u start ur period?, cuz wen i star mine its not brown jus this time at the end of it...and i also though u couldnt bleed till i read u could.
when you have your period it can be brown wen i first got mine it was brown. its normal but as for the other situation im not sure. i always thought you couldnt bleed wen your pregnant but maybe you can.?
hi, something sililar happened to me, i though i was pregnant and my boyfriend did too i also had symtoms but i just got my period on the 10th of this month, i was bleeding for about 7 days normal right? bt last night i was bleeding just a little bit n now its brown i was like wtf i dont remember this happening before, did it happened to you?!... on this website i also read that its possible that u can bleed n still b pregnant, so dont worry it could happen, we should just wait n see.
nope. you dont get a period when your pregnant or a full blown period when your pregnant. your body will stop you from getting one, you may have spotting or break through bleeding when your periods due but you dont get a full blow period.
