Can premenstrual symptoms cause your stomach to gurgle

My stomach has been doing this for weeks even when I'm not hungry or nervous. Sometimes it seems like the noise is coming from my pelvic area

No, the reproductive organs aren't connected to your stomach. If you think the noises are coming from your pelvic area, then maybe something is happening with your bowel or colon. Have you seen your doctor? If you haven't, you should.

Feel better!
