Cervical Discharge?

I have this clear, odorless, watery in consistency discharge. It feels that if my cycle has started I run to the restroom and nothing is there but my underwear are wet. I looked this up and found that it is a Cervical discharge but how long does it last?

That's happened to me once or twice! It's pretty rare, for me, though, in isolated incidents. So, it only happens that one time, I see that it's not my period, then everything is normal again for however many months, and then it happens again. Is it continuous for you...?
