Changes in period, breakouts and pms

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I've always had pretty regular periods, like clockwork. I religiously keep it in my calendar and I'm rarely a day off. (When I am I'm fine with that as it's normal)

I have always suffered pms. An insane amount. Emotionally more than anything. Some months are worse than others and it's very hard to gain perspective to tell myself I'm down because of my period and that's all.

Anyway.. the last two months have been quite intense. I started to develop a lot of spots on the lower half of my face. I never have an issue with them. I never usually have more than one but the last two months I have had several and they stay for a while. It's upsetting but in the grand scheme of things it's nothing compared to others with real challenging issues. I feel so princessy for complaining so much.

This month I spotted for around a week before my period and two days after. That's totally new.

I have increased my veggies and have been eating good meals. Most of the time.

Any insight to the sudden change?
