Concieving after Miscarriage - New symptoms very early

I recently had a miscarriage. My last period was 18th May and I lost my baby at 6 weeks. It started on the 24th June with spotting which developed into fresh blood. It was a little lighter than period and the cramps weren't as bad either so I was fairly positive. 2 days later I retested and it was negative. I just knew. It was confirmed in hospital later that nothing was in my womb but it may have been an ectopic pregnancy as I was tender on the left ovary.
All of my symptoms - sore breasts, sensitive smell and nausea disappeared with the bleeding.
It is now 8 days later (from miscarriage) and I think I'm ovulating. My partner and I have been actively trying again since. I have noticed my breasts are very itchy especially the nipple. I have tested my temperature and it is slightly higher than before, my cervix was high and open a day ago and is now lower and closed. The discharge has been clear.
I have no idea what all this means and I am becoming very confused. Please help :)

Hi, the nurse had told me at the time to wait a cycle to allow them to work out dates. Although because it was a complete micarriage and nothing was found in womb etc she said I could try as soon as I felt well enough.
I don't have any blood, spotting or odour to indicate an infection but have no idea why I'm getting symptoms out of the blue when all others had gone.

It sounds like you could be ovulating this soon. Many women get pregnant right away after a miscarriage and go on to have perfectly normal healthy pregnancies. Some of the symptoms you are experiencing could be left over from your miscarriage (the pregnancy symptoms) and many doctors will tell you that is perfect normal to try again right after a miscarriage unless there was something wrong with the pregnancy ending. I really hope that it all works out for you!
