Constant feeling of arousal please help

I’m a woman virgin for over a week now I’ve had this constant feeling of arousal i feel it near clitoris and even other parts I’m not sure where it’s coming from. When I have to pee it’s worse and sometimes it burns inside. I don’t know how to describe the feeling but it feels like my clitoris is aroused or something is sticking in that area. I’m ashamed to ask this and very depressed at this feeling. I feel this constantly it don’t go away. I googled and I saw things like reproductive cancers and persistent genital arousal and it scared me. I’m scared to go to doctor don’t want to be seen there. I need to know what this is and how to get rid of. Any advice I’m scared
