Could I be pregnant? 10 days late but negative test results

Hi! I am on my 11th day of being late for my period. The first day of my last period was sept. 23 and my periods are regular (28-30 day cycles). All of the pregnancy tests have said negative, and the doctor told me to wait one more week before a blood test. I was wondering if anyone has been pregnant after having negative test results this late from period.

I'm 12 days late & 2 tests negative. I feel like I'm preggers, but not sure what to do now. Doc says I shud wait a couple of days more before another test or blood tests. This wait of not knowing is driving me crazy.

well i had my last period on april 6th its june  21st ive never had problems with it it never skipps..i look and feel pregnant i mean from my face blimishing to my boobs big and sore to my tummy pudging out to my feet on the scale saying i have gained weight i have had faint positive tests and i got blood work that come back negative, i have done alot of resech, 30% of women who are pregnant wont get a positive test (sometimes blood and urine) till there 2nd trimester because sometimes the hcg in blood is like different shapes or something like that but theres alot of women who are pregnant out here and still cant get anything positive, maybe there producing to much..idk but its possible my mom didnt get a positive till her 4th month, 1 out of every 3 women spot/discharge (brown or pink) in first trimester some all threw..50% get morning sickness which besides boobs filling out and sore is 1st sign of pregnancy. i belive what my body is showing and telling me tho the doctors wont get me an ultra sound or get me on prenatal care till i show up i am pregnant on a stick at their office i will be giving my own care bc i know what my body going threw on the inside they dont. so i mean go with your feeling, i am and i will show them once i get my ultrasound.
