Could I be pregnant? 10 days late but negative test results

Hi! I am on my 11th day of being late for my period. The first day of my last period was sept. 23 and my periods are regular (28-30 day cycles). All of the pregnancy tests have said negative, and the doctor told me to wait one more week before a blood test. I was wondering if anyone has been pregnant after having negative test results this late from period.

well let me start off by saying im reading because im in the same boat. I dermoid cyst removed from my ovaries in october and was told that i still had the machinery to get pregnant. I never was regular with the cyst but after having it removed i became regular until now. I am currently 10 days late and have taken at least 5 test that have come up negative.  I just left the clinic and the urine test was also negative. I will be waiting another week to take the test again. If not I will be heading to see if the cyst has returned.  I do have one child thanks to clomid but i do believe the clomid cause the cyst
