Could I be pregnant?

Hi, I'm 22 years old and have been on birth control for close to two years. I started taking BC because of period related issues. I make sure to follow instructions and always take the pill at the same time. I also don't miss any pills. My period has been unmanageable lately. Usually is very regular, with only a few days difference between the start date. Last period I had was about two weeks early, something completely strange for me. And it was one of the worst periods I've had. Cramps nearly every day that left me nauseous and exhausted, and a LOT of blood. Three days after it ended I had intercourse with my boyfriend. Normally we have no problem with moisture, but that time I felt so dry and it was very painful. I got home and I wiped and there was no bleeding, and no discharge. Two days later there is a pinkish discharge every time I wipe. I have taken several pregnancy tests and they all come out negative. Could I still be pregnant or is this a sign of something else?

Hm, yes, you need to have your pill re evaluated and they will assess if you are pregnancy at that time.  When on the pill, you aren't really having periods but just bleed from the hormonal change of having the pill and then the off week, being denied the hormone.  Your ovulation has been suppressed.  (true periods require that you ovulated and you are shedding your lining).  You're having break through bleeding and abnormal bleeding while on the pill.  Which may not mean you are pregnant but it puts you at risk for it and also isn't what you should have to deal with if you are taking the pill.  Whatever type of dosage you are on doesn't seem to be working well for you. So, the negative tests really indicate you probably aren't pregnant but your hormones are off and the pill may not be as effective as it should be so see your doctor to discuss.  good luck

I just started my period again. Period ended last week.
Ya, your hormones are totally out of whack.  See your doctor.  I don't think you are pregnant but they'll rule that out and then find a better solution for you for your pill.
