Cramps Without Period

Hi there,
I'm 15 days into my usual 30 day cycle and I've been experiencing mild cramping. I'm on the pill, but I did take it late 2 days in a row on days 10 and 11 and I did have unprotected sex on the second day. When I was pregnant with my first child I had cramping as an early symptom but I'm a little worried because there is no way that the egg would have implanted yet and I shouldn't be cramping. Could it be that my body wanted to start my period because of the late pills? Thanks for your help.

It's probably some breakthrough bleeding.  Keep taking the pill, and hopefully if your cramps are followed with some bleeding, it won't last too long.  I am curious what you mean by late, though.  A few hours?  Several hours?  What type of pill are you on?

I could just be your period. When I was on the pill and was late taking them, I got cramps before I started. I could be constipation or anything else really. If it keeps up or gets more painful, I would go see a doc
