Cut clit and lips, chucky white stuff in the hood of the clit

So, last Friday about 6 days ago I got my wisdom teeth removed. (September 9th) So during that time I didnt change my panties or the pad I was wearing (wasnt on my period, just so I wouldn't wet myself if I had to go really badly and I had to wait for my fiancee to walk me to the bathroom, but I was drugged up and was stumbling) during the few days after my wisdom teeth removal my area was itchy, so of course my high self itches it. I noticed that I itched to hard and my right lip is irritated to the touch, it was bleeding. Its bleed before from itching it, so not too surprising (I should know better) on the fourth day after my surgery, I was less high, i was wiping and noticed some odd chucky white stuff. I immediately thought it could be toilet paper that was left behind from wiping the last few days (it's like cottage cheese, it resembles tiny bits of toilet paper)I ignore it that day. Yesterday, the fifth day after my surgery (this is September 12 real time) I tried doing the deed with my fiance, off of my pain meds so no longer high, but it hurts. So my fiancee looks at it for me because theres only so much an out of focus picture can help. He discovers that the hood of the clot is full of chucky white stuff. The pictures he took dont look like cottage cheese like stuff you get when you have a yeast infection, once again it looks like toilet paper. We found online that sometimes when you ovulate some of it can build up in that area and cause irritation and itching. And I supposedly ovulated until the 4th day after my surgery, Sunday the 9th being the highest day according to my period app. Today I was wiping and I noticed alot ot the white chucky stuff coming off into the toilet paper, so I exclusively wiped (because I really dont want to go to a doctor, if I can take care of it myself) and I end up hurting my clit, to the point its bleeding a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to treat a wounded lip and clit. I heard some people used neo, but it's only worked for some. And are there any suggestions on what my issue is. I included pretty much everything that happened downstairs in the past week. Thanks in advance. :)

I did more research and the white chunky stuff described as sticky scant paste like. (You can type that in on google and the third image is what mine looks like. By looking into it, apparently there 4 times of stuff you get during ovulation, the one that matches what I have (in my opinion) is the 2nd image you get when looking up the description I previously typed, it's apparently the infernal type.
