Cysts In both sides of upper labia majora

10 years ago when I was 17, a small cyst appeared in my L upper labia majora. The OBGYN said it will go away on its own.

I am now 27, I have a cyst in each side of my upper labia majora. They grew in size and seem to be attached by a stem on the inside.

What could this be?

I do have a history of inherited abnormal ovarian cysts, one rupturing and me almost dying last year, major open stomach surgery, they saved my ovary. I was bleeding internally.

Also, I have irregular menstrual cycles always since I was 14. This last bout, I didn't have a cycle for 10 months. When I finally had one, it lasted for 3 weeks.
