Dermoid Cyst

Six months ago I had a laparotomy to remove a 6.5" dermoid cyst from my R ovary. They were able to save the ovary. I am 30 years old. Recently, the same old pain began again in my R ovary especially during sex. Has anyone else experienced pain this long after a laparotomy?
