Hi I have a larger than golf ball size firm lump in the middle lower throat slightly to the right , it sits slightly more forward when I am upright but tends to drop back further into mt throat when laying causing breathing and swallowing problems can be felt just under skin on throat been about three months but feels as though getting bigger and now feeling in throat pressure

Are there any free clinics in your area that you can go to?  You might ask a Planned Parenthood if they have a health clinic nearby as I know we have one in Sacramento that has everything, though we also have several small health clinics for low-income people.

Thanks I know I do but no one bulk bills around here and I just don't have the money, I will see what I can do

You need to get to your doctor.  This isn't normal and needs to be checked out before it gets any larger.
