Difference in Moods during my period

I was recently on my period, and I noticed something. Whenever I am on mine, I'm either really sad or angry. I become depressed very easily whenever this happens. But when I'm not on my period, this never happens. I was wondering if this normal, becoming depressed... Or is just, something different? Please answer, thank you!("

Well there is something called PMDD which is like PMS times a million it's something worth researching. There are things you can do like exercise, balancing your diet, taking vitamins, etc to help this situation but what I would suggest is going to talk to a trained medical professional so they can help you manage this difficult time during your menstral cycle. Best of Luck BB

It's normal. During your period you have your hormones going insane and it causes some women to become upset or mad or whatever. It's generally referred to as PMS and it's why whenever a girl gets emotional guys say she's on her period. (At least where I live they do) It's nothing to worry about.
