Do I have a cyst or is it something else?

So, on the actual clit, I have white hard bump and I've had it for like 2 years. I am not sexually active and I haven't had anyone other than me touching down there. I don't know whether it's a big deal but I'm worried that if someone were to see, they would think something was horribly wrong with me.

Recently, I looked down there to see 2 new ones appear, not bumpy but just "there". The bump doesn't cause any discomfort sexually but if I do try to apply pressure it hurts and I may just think it's because of my own sensitivity, not the actual lump. There's nothing painful surrounding it, I'm just very confused.
