Do I have an std or a uti?

I had sex for the first time about three weeks ago ... The first two times we had sex it was unprotected and he said he knew what he was doing .. But I took a plan b pill because I was scared and then I stared my period really early and I have a large bump on the outside of my vagina and it hurts when I pee I don't want to go to the clinic to see if I have an std because I'm 16 and my mom would be mad but I freak out about theese things so it could be nothing .

The guy you had unprotected sex with didn't know what he was doing it seem's as you dont need to ejeculate inside a girl to get her pregnant.
there is sperm in precum and also when your haveing sex *** drips out befor the orgasom so please get him to use a condom or don't let him do it at all

well if your 16 your mom doesn't have to be there with you you can go to your local health department yourself and next time don't trust what a guy says to you that he's clean and everything because thats where i messed up the first time i had sex for the first time it was some years ago but i regret it because he did give me something and i was so scared because i was 16 just like you are now and to be on the safe side your local health department gives you free condoms in a brown paper bag all you have to do is go up there and ask for some condoms and i didn't know at that age that the health department given did such things until one of my friends at the time told me she was a little older than i was at the time she gave me advice and tips on a lot of things and when i first lost it and was hurting down there for like two weeks it hurt so bad when i went to go pee so your going to have to give your body a while to heal down there and if you need any more questions answered feel free to click on my page and just ask because i went to medical school for four years and i have a associates degree

You've got something.... If it hurts to pee, that could be a UTI and you would need antibiotics for that. That could happen to anyone.
The bump outside for vagina, again, means something. You need to get that checked out before it turns into something more. Why not make an appt with your pediatrician? If its a UTI, they can give you meds for that.
