Do I have any infection or am I pregnant?

m a 15 year old virgin girl, my period is 4 days late (i started my period at the age of 11 and it was always pretty regular but past couple of months it was coming few days earlier) i’m gonna say it again i never had sex and never expirienced late period. I’m experiencing a lot of pregnancy signs like my belly got bigger, i gained few pounds, i’m always tired, my urine became really light and i have a runny nose, cramps and gas. I have also been experiencing a lot of headaches i have no idea about what is going on with me, i feel really scared. I gotta mention that i masturbated with a pillow (humping thing) and idk if that has to do anything with this. I’m just asking for help, please don’t ignore this one and sorry for too much information, I hope there’s nothing wrong with me. (I cant go to the doctor at the moment cuz my mom will freak out and think that i had sex which I didn’t and we are not so close so I don’t want to go through a lot yelling and etc.) I’m really scared and If i’m pregnant my life will end, I have really strict family and idk what to do but the fact that i never had sex doesn’t connect w a fact that i have pregnany symptoms

well, you are not pregnant first of all.  Pregnancy requires sex, intercourse, penis inside your vagina.  Haven't had that?  Not pregnant.  Humping pillows will not cause any issues, no it has nothing to do with anything. Girls are late all the time even if it is not common for them.  Things that make us late include changes in routine, illness, stress, weight gain or loss, blips in the radar.  Starting school.  Really.

Put pregnancy out of your mind and I am hoping you hit a health class this year in school where you can understand how the human body and woman's reproductive system works.  :>)  And do NOT have any sexual contact until you understand that and maybe address the anxiety that makes you worry too much.  Your period is probably on the way.  Take some ibuprofen for the headache.  Stay busy.   Study hard in school.  good luck
