Do you think it's Herpes or just Strep B Skin Infection?

A few weeks ago I had a bladder infection (discomfort, trouble urinating) so I went antibiotics for a week. A couple weeks later my symptoms came back but more like a yeast infection (creamy white excessive discharge, itchiness, burning while peeing). I developed some pimples (normal for me) which eventually turned to mini ulcers because I scratched so much. So I went to the doctors and he did a std utile test (syph. & gonnor.) - which came back negative and a normal urine sample - which came back showing that I have streptococcus b bacteria down there. He prescribed me metronidazole for bacterial vaginosis based on my symptoms as well as an antibiotic (penicillin) for the bacteria. Couple days after that my ulcers turned into blisters with new ones forming. It hurts to pee/walk/have sex, there's a raw rash at the opening, etc. So I went back to the doctor and he did a vaginal exam and said it could just be from the bacteria but he took a swab for genital herpes as well and gave me some yeast infec. cream. So I've been on antibiotics for a month now, my immune system isn't strong because I have an autoimmune disease & I'm on corticosteroids. I've also been with my bf for over half a year and only had 2 sexual partners previous.
What do you think it could be? I read that chancroid can cause ulcers and strep b can cause a skin infection.
