Does A&D ointment help curse Yeast Infection?

I'm not fully sure, but I believe I have a yeast infection because my vagina seem swell, bleed, and burns when I rub it with a dry tissue.

So, yeast infections happen because of an overgrowth of yeast in the vagina.  It's really that simple.  They make over the counter medication to treat it such as Monostat one day ovule which works well for me.  Symptoms include itching and often clumpy (but not always) discharge.  There usually really isn't an odor.  You can always go to a doctor to have them swab your discharge to confirm yeast and they also can prescribe a tablet that you take that gets rid of it.  But if you are doing anything whether it is rubbing your vagina with a tissue or putting ointment on that causes you to swell and bleed and burn, don't do that!  If you are rubbing so hard because it itches, then you really need to treat the source which is the yeast overgrowth.  Go to a drug store and get the OTC products or see your doctor. They do also make vagisil wipes or similar products that are made for fungal issues and itching.  It doesn't so much treat it as soothe it.  Last time I had a yeast infection, I got this kit thing from the drug store that had Monostat one day ovule, an antifungal ointment and some of the wipes to soothe.  I was cleared up within 24 hours of using it.  So, consider that.  General things that help yeast infections are cutting down on sugar and starting a probiotic whether it is a pill form or the yogurt that you eat or drink.  good luck
