Droplets of blood after peeing

I'm a 22 year old female and finished my period a few days ago. This morning when I woke up, I had this huge urge to pee. It is normal nowadays cause it keeps raining, the weather is much colder now and I need to pee more often. But after I finished peeing or towards the end, I notice some droplets of blood. It didn't hurt or anything when I'm peeing. The blood is thin and not like a clot. It only happened once so far, but what could it be?

Could be a kidney infection. If it keeps happening, see your doc.
