Early Ovulation or Stress?

Before, during, and after my period I had a dull pain on near my left ovary, breasts sensitivity, and some light abdomen cramping. Now after my period I have increased vaginal discharge with my breast sensitivity. Sometimes they hurt and feel heavy. I usually have cramping right before my period but I didn't have any this time. Is this change hormonal, stress related or am I ovulating early? Thanks.

I'm now expressing clostrum  and it seems like I'm growing out of my bras.  I went to the doctor on Tues and I had an prolactin test and a tsh test ran. The doctor also wanted me to take a blood pregnancy test but I'm going to wait until I get the results back from the hormone tests.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to hormonal changes. I feel that an examination by a gynecologist will be the best.Till that time, apply some warm compresses on the breasts and take some over the counter pain reliever(analgesic) like ibuprofen or diclofenac.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
