In my opinion everyone can have different symptoms. Like me I had the implantation bleeding but before I bled I was in a tremendous amount of pain killed over on the couch could barely move. I never had nausea, vomiting, or sore boobs. I was tired all the time and my stomach would twitch(twitched so hard it would move my boobs) for 5 minutes at a time with about a 1 minute break for 2 weeks. this was before I found out I was pregnant.
