Every time I masturbate I get bug bite looking bumps on my arms. What is it?

So recently over the past month or so I get bug bite looking bumps down my arms that itch every time I masturbate. I made sure I am clean, no yeast infection and no STD's. I haven't had sex over the past year or more now so I do masturbate like any other human being. So when I do need to have some sort of release I masturbate but before that I make sure to wash my hands and after but I still get the bumps. What is it?

Now that is an odd one I've never heard of to be honest.  Hm.  Heat rash?  I'm not sure what kind of correlation there would be with bumps down your arm.  Are you positive they are never there otherwise?  There is something called 'stress flush' after orgasm.  Maybe it is somehow involved.  If you have a well check doctors visit, and you are feeling like you an talk about this in person with somebody, you might get a doctors input.  I'd love to know what they say!  How long do the bumps last after and is it one arm or both?

One arm, about 30 to an hour then they go away. I got them after I was diagnosed with type one diabetes and it only happens when used my hand. Do you think its irritation from it rubbing against my pubic hairs?
