If you have body heat trouble, this is what I advise based on my own experience with the problem and let me know how it turns out. I am a doctor of clinical psychology, not a doctor of medicine or nutrition. But as mental and physical health work best as an entity, I study physical and nutritional health practices also. I suggest doing simple Ph testing of your urine to start. Get the strips from a health store or drug store. If out of balance, drink plenty of ph balanced water every day and stay well-hydrated. Eat plenty of fresh and raw organic vegetables and fruits. Limit meals to vegetable or fruit salads with a palm size serving of organic protein, such as chicken, turkey or fish or a chicken or turkey salad. Use only pure vegetable and fruit juices, with no added ingredients. Avoid sugar, coffee, dairy, grain and white carbs. Use green tea, especially matcha green tea, or other herbbal or black tea to substitute for coffee. Check all medication side effects that may be causing the problem and be especially attentive to getting a restful night's sleep --8 hours, each night.
All the very best,

have to be honest u r lucky to have body heat im constantly freezing and have to feed of my other halfs body heat at night
hey all, about the night time body heat... My wife is 33 pre-diabetic due to poly cystic ovarian disorder and is a convection oven in bed! I could slow cook a roast next to her. Internal body temp stays about 97.1 we walk/hike a lot and her face will turn a very bright red yet she won't sweat much is at all. She experiences anxiety and panic attacks and takes xanax for it. She literally gets so hot at night its impossible to sleep near her. She saw endo and had thyroid checked no probs. I was thinking possibly hypothalamus as she has other symptoms that sound right but i cant talk her into seeing a doc about it. We have a 6 yr old child and both of us would like her around in 10 yrs. Many in her family have died young due to cancer, diabetes etc. Any ideas on what might cause these symptoms and how i can talk her into seeing her doctor??? Thanks!
Just read your post about your body heat. I have the same
problem. Have you found anything that has helped with your
problem.
