Extra Thick Substance without discharge

I have a very thick cottage cheese like substance in my vagina.  It doesn't smell, or burn, its a little itchy if I go to wipe after urination, but not any other time.  The "cottage cheese" stays inside of my vagina it doesn't discharge.  Is it a yeast infection??
