Extreme pain in vagina on or near periods? Please help.

I apparently have an OBGYN appt. set for next month, but I need some help now.

About this pain:
It feels like you have to go to the bathroom really bad when you don't have to or just went 30 minutes ago.
It goes away for a bit if you get enough blood from your period out.
It can be treated via over the counter pain meds (I do not take tylenol or aspirin).
Until last month, it was just a dull pain, but now it is a sharp unbearable pain.
It feels worse than being kicked down there.

This time, I am feeling this pain off of my periods, and it started two days ago at night.

I am a virgin BTW.
