Extremely itchy labia near vagina, no discharge

Ok, so I've been putting up with on again, off again itching for months on my labia, near my vaginal opening. Never "diagnosed" with HPV but I did get rid of a suspected wart this past year. Can you have a bacterial infection without discharge? It drives me CRAZY sometimes, the only thing that calms it is gold bond ointment, which is minty and refreshing but I'd like no itch. No "rash" that I can see, unless I give in and scratch. I take cranberry supplements to keep me flushed out for a UTI, which I was treated for last year. My doctor is unsupportive, and unhelpful-told me was due to regrowth from not getting waxed. I just want some facts to arm myself with before trying the doc (new doc) office again.

Any suggestions?? All you cooch experts feel free to speculate.

I'm assuming you have been to an OBGYN for this condition?

This requires a OBGYN visit or your local health facility.

I'm so sorry you can't talk to your mom about your problem, but you better see a OBGYN about this problem before it get's worse.  Some other avenues, talk to your school nurse, contact your local health department for access to local medical support groups or a close friend or relative that can help you.  You can, also, consult with your local pharmacist or one that is not in your local area if you concerned about anonymity.  You can get Cortisone cream (hydrocortisone 1%) over the counter. It usually gives relief for minor itching.  Good luck.

I do hope you tried the trimovate cream I used. I first stated using it in October and I am still itch free now! I have used it a few times just as i've started thinking something is brewing and i've had no more problems, after years of suffering I finally feel normal. eczema seems like a really strange diagnosis but the doctor prescribed the cream and it worked! I hope you find a soution too x
