Hi there.  I don't think this is related to either the mediation or pregnancy.  :>)  Women generally do not 'feel' a tiny growing baby until they are close to 20 weeks in their first pregnancy.  I think it is a fluke.

Sometimes when we think a lot about something, we begin to feel every single sensation.  I remember this from when I was TRYING to get pregnant (for two solid years, ugh)---  boy, I felt every tickle, flutter, itch, pain, etc.  Because I was focused on it.

See if this goes away and if not, I'd see your doctor.  But am guessing if it is internal that it is more gastrointestinal related than anything else.

good luck dear

Oh, and if you are having unprotected sex and you miss your period, please do take a pregnancy test and please always use protection!  good luck hon

I presume that you are wondering whether these sensations are due to a pregnancy.  This would depend when you were intimate and whether you used any contraception.

These types of sensations can also happen from being excited or anxious as well as from wind.  If the UTI was because of a kidney stone, the sensations that you are experiencing may be what is called "renal colic".

I suggest you make an appointment to see your doctor or send in a urine sample in a sterile container so that it can be sent to the laboratory for analysis.  Even though you may have finished the course of antibiotics and the symptoms of that have settled, you do need to get the lab to confirm that you are now clear of the UTI.

If you do have a kidney stone, you may get frequent UTI's.  You won't know if you have a kidney stone until you have an ultrasound scan.  A kidney stone can be as small as a grain of sand and will only cause problems when it moves along the urinary tract.  You may find a sediment or fine grains of sand in a urine sample when you pee into a clear glass jar.

Make sure you drink water and fluids so that you do not become dehydrated and this will also help to flush out any bacteria etc.

If you are not worried about being pregnant, you can buy over the counter home pregnancy kits, but do read the instructions and follow them carefully.  If you do decide on a pregnancy home testing kit, also check the information on the packet regarding how long after having unprotected sex would be the best time to check for any possible pregnancy.   For future reference, you can get medication (sometimes referred to as the morning after pill) that is taken within so many hours (usually within 3 days) after having sex to avoid any unwanted pregnancies.  Your chemist or doctor can help with that.
