HELP!! cramping while on mirena

I've had mirena for under a year, maybe 6 months now. And I'm having fairly painful cramps, some more painful than the first and it sort of pulses, sometimes it goes away and then starts up again, its been doing it for 4 days now and I'm getting worried. I will not be able to get in touch with my dr. until monday, also I'm bloated, feels like my menstral time but no bleeding.
