HELP (please)

hi, i'm a 14 year old girl and i'm kind of concerned right now... i don't know exactly when this started, a few days ago i think. i noticed a few symptoms, including an itch/burning sensation on the inner lip near the opening of the under-belt area. it's just in that one area, and when i looked in the mirror i didn't really see anything. but i did notice that the inner lip on the same side was redder than the other side. the pain isn't that bad, and it doesn't really hurt unless i touch that area. but because of the pain/burning/itch, urination was a bit painful. other things that have been going on are low grade fevers, and body aching, but i suspect that that comes with a cold i also happen to have. the thing that concerns me the most is the fact that i don't really know what could cause these symptoms. i shaved my pubic hair about 4 days ago, and i shaved with a razor that had some type of moisterizing factor to it or something, it's caused itch before but not in this area. the same day i also received oral sex (for the first time) from my girlfriend. as far as i know, she doesn't have an std so i don't think that is it, plus it was my very first time. i also masturbated over the past few days, i used an electric toothbrush because i don't have access to sex toys or anything. i don't know if i did it too "hard" basically, the clitoral area hurts too but i know that's why. maybe the mystery pain is because i haven't cleaned the head in a while? i'm afraid to tell my mom and go to the doctor and stuff like that, because it feels kind of embarrassing. i guess what i'm asking is if you think this is something i shouldn't worry about or if you think it's something serious, and if there's any home remedies to help solve the problem. sorry this is such a long paragraph, i'd really appreciate your help though!!
