Hard to predict without a blood test to see what's going on. Sore boobs at different points in the cycle is normal for many women, so unless along with it you are noticing abnormal lumps that weren't there before, I really wouldn't worry too much, though you could go see your gynecologist if you want to figure out if there's anything you can do about it if it's debilitating. It is annoying but it's part of life some months and may very well be for you now.
No, not a lot. A cup of tea a day or every other day sometimes.
Not taking any birth control pills.
I got my period yesterday! Boobs had been hurting a week before then and still hurt.
They were also hurting a few weeks back, but then it went away (that time it wasn't close to my period).
If it's hormonal, then what exactly is happening to the hormones, anyone have an idea?
p.s: This is very very annoying!!
It could also just be hormonal differences. Sometimes my boobs would hurt before birth control a couple weeks before until I got my period, the week of, or during my period.
Do you drink a lot of coffee or cola? Sometimes caffeine can do it.
