Problems Urinating

I had sex about 10 days ago. The day after there was blood in my urine (coming directly from urethra) and it was burning and hurting to pee, I always felt like I needed to go. The blood has disappeared however this burning and need to pee has stayed. Any ideas what it is? So uncomfortable, period has started so I know I'm not pregnant.
