Have period

What can i do about a heavy period ? Its just so uncomfortable , and i dont like tampons sooo

I struggle with bad cramps and heavy periods also, yesterday I went to my ob/gyn she prescribed me birth control I heard it's supposed to help maybe it'll help you out too!

Carry 8hour pads and an extra pair of underwear discretely with you throughout the day. If your periods become so heavy that they're causing you a lot of hassle and pain, consider speaking with your doctor about treatment options (such as medication, birth control, or menstrual cup) to help you manage the heavy flow days better.
