Healing injuries between legs

Okay, so I know my question is confusing to I'm going to try to explain.  My husband and I had really aggressive sex a few days ago, and we ended up making it so I have a sore looking thing in-between my legs because the skin there was rubbed off.  Because of the horrible location, it makes sitting painful and is always hurting.  I'm just wondering what I can do to help it heal, because right now I feel like it isn't healing at all.  I'm sorry if this is "too much information"  but this is painful and I need advice. Thank you!

What are you putting on it, Neosporin?  I'd try the cream-based version (rather than the ointment based) and would also do some sitzbaths.  The trick is to keep the area clean so it can heal.

sorry i didnt mean to jump to conclusions, but alot of over weight people dont have alot of room when they are having sex, thats why i just mentioned that, maybe turn slowly down, or if you really like it the 'hardcore" style, try doggie.

I'm 108 pounds and he is 140 pounds, so, I think loosing weight would be a bad idea. Don't assume things (;

try tolcon power also known as baby powder, usually does the trick, sounds like some sort of rash, maybe next time, dont have sex as rough, or one of you's needs to loose weight, so theres more room
