how to improve folicular activity?

This question has me stumped. If one looks in the dictionary under "folilicle," it refers to "a minute cavity or gland." I've always assumed it referred to the hair, and maybe it does. I don't have a clue how to increase the activity or if it's even possible. Perhaps someone else here can help you, but I would suggest just talking to your doctor about this and if you need a referral to a specialist, your doctor will arrange that.
