Help, I'm worried but too embarassed to go to gp or talk to my parents

I'm 16 and whenever i go to the toilet i find it hard to pass faeces. It hurts, feels like it's stretching something and there is often blood in it. Almost all the time it hurts and is very hard, on occassions it is uncontrollable and i cannot stop it. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I agree with sania19. It doesn't sound normal at all. Maybe next time you try to go you should just relax and let it happen if it happens? But I really think you should talk to a parent or a doctor.
