Help: Concered about heavy period bleeding and severe cramps

I got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out the 6th of May. They perscribed 800MG of ibuprofen, 5-325 of Vicodin,  and 150MG of clindamycin. I've only just stopped taking all these meds today the 12th because I found out just yesterday I had dry socket from the 3 day post sugery so I needed to take away the pain. My period was due the 14th but I got it the 11th yesterday. It started with a little spotting then full on heavy. Towards the middle of the night, my cramps got so severe I couldn't breathe and the shooting pain made it impossible to move. It made it hurt for me to pee and when I did, I passed huge amounts of blood and blood clots. The urine stream itself did not hurt, there was just so much pressure and pain on my pelvis it hurt to do anything like push. Today it's a little better with the cramps and the bleeding is still heavy especially when I have to urinate but I don't feel as lethargic as when I did last night. I also would like to mention I don't do well on meds in general and I'm really petite only being almost 5 2 and 113 lbs. it also made me constipated throughout the rest of that week til now. I haven't had painful cramps like that for years and my periods have been kind of weird/irregular lately but they've still always shown up either a few days early or on time and they weren't enough for me to bleed through a maxi the first night. I'm just trying to figure out if a build up of all these medications, vigorous exercising the week before sugery, a lot of personal stress and anxiety(wisdom teeth etc) made my period as painful and heavy is it is now. This has been a nightmare ...??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Go to a gyno it might be. If your periods have not been like this then there is something wrong. You may have endometrial hyperplasia or edometreosis.

I also forgot to mention I'm 20 years old in case that helps at all.
