Help determining a possible cyst and other questions

I first noticed serious pain in my upper stomach that slowly traveled downwards over the course of an hour, then dissipated.  This was on a Monday.  Later that night I had intercourse and I noticed my partner was hitting my uterus wall, which he never does because he is not well endowed.  It was fairly uncomfortable, condoms were used.

Two days passed and I noticed burning as I was finishing peeing.  I wasn't sure what was going on, it wasn't every time I went to the bathroom, so I had sex with another partner, uncovered the next day, Thursday.

The burning got worse.  I thought I had a yeast infection or a UTI, so I took a Monistat one day treatment.  No change.  I started drinking a lot of cranberry, taking cranberry pills, yeast defense pills and I started the 3 day yeast infection treatment, the creams.  The last time I had a yeast infection, my symptoms cleared after one cream treatment.  Not the case here.

Several days went by while I was trying these at home treatments.  I even tried vinegar, didn't work.  The day I tried vinegar, I stupidly tried something someone had posted about by putting vinegar on a tampon and inserting it into the vagina.  Well, that was tough to get in, I thought it was normal because sometimes during my period that happens due to lack of lubrication.  I left it in for a short time, it was uncomfortable and I took it out.  Later that night or the next day, I noticed my vagina was swollen.  Big lumps, could hardly get my fingers in there.

It started out as my vaginal walls were swollen.  I noticed that I could see one of the lumps sticking out of my vaginal opening.  It was whitish in color, but still red as well due to the inflammation.  I went to the doctor and I told her about it but she never really said much about it.  She said I might have herpes (in which it seems true, I did find one blister and then a lesion the next day after the blister popped).  She sent off some tests, gave me a yeast infection pill prescription and a preventative prescription for herpes.

I took the pill for yeast, then started taking 2 of the herpes pills every day for precausion.  The lesions she said she saw seemed to be gone, but it was still burning when finishing peeing.  Sitting in a bath seemed to help some.  It also seemed to minimize the swelling.

I'm on day 3 of the pills, still burning and still somewhat swollen.  The whitish color on the lump minimized and got darker as the days went by.  I could see it through my vaginal opening whenever I examined it immediately. Today in the bath in the morning, I found something floating in the water that felt gelatin-like, flexible, almost skin-like (like dead skin that has fallen off of a callus) but it looked like it had oatmeal particles in it.  Where did that come from I wondered?  The bump on my lumps was now dark purple/blue.

I took my 2nd bath of the day after work.  I examined my vagina in the bath to look at the blue bump.  I started messing with it and found that I was able to pick it off, peel it, like dead skin from a callus.  It didn't feel like anything at all.  I still have decreased swollen lumps in my vagina, but now the blue bump has blue skin hanging from where it was because I could not pick it all off.  I also noticed a laceration with white skin on my inner labia, that confirms that I most likely do have herpes.  There is only one.

So my questions are, what is this blue bump?  Is that normal that it went from larger and whitish blue to smaller and bluish purple? Is it possible there are more inside my vagina I can't see?  Why doesn't it hurt when I peel the skin off?  Why is the inside of my vagina still lumpy and what is that?  How long will it take this laceration to go away?  How long do the herpes pills take to work?  Why am I still burning when I am finishing peeing?  I thought the yeast infection pill was supposed to get rid of that.

I have STI tests that are supposed to be coming back this week, but I don't think the nurse who did my pelvic exam knew much about the lumps in my vagina.

Thanks

Thank you for responding. I no longer have the spot because I peeled it off, but now I am unsure if my vagina looks normal anymore.  Its not like I routinely look up inside of it ;)  It doesn't feel as swollen as before, but still concerning.

I have noticed I have a tiny bump on my outer labia, that looks more like the molluscum contagiosum pictures I have found online.  However, that doesn't mean anything, it could be a genital wart because at the bottom of my vaginal opening, it almost looks like there could be a wart there.  There is a tear, and then next to it looks like it could be a wart.

If there is somewhere I can send pictures, I would be more than willing to.

I have noticed what seems to be an increase in blistering (herpes).  I have been treating it with Acyclovir, 3 times a day.  I also cleanse with Tucks (witch hazel) to balance my pH, and I apply Tea Tree oil topically, which seems to be the only thing that is really working.  The Acyclovir doesn't seem to be doing much.  I even started taking echinacea to boost my immune system.

I will try calamine lotion, warm compresses and neosporin.  I already take ibuprofen or boswellia for inflammation.

My main other concern is why does my urethra hurt still when I pee?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
