The pain honestly could just be from irritation, or it could be something else. If you feel comfortable answering this question, could you tell me what exactly you feel hitting you? is it his skin above his penis or below that is touching you there? It sounds to me like it is just friction. You may need more lubrication. This happens to me sometimes when my boyfriend and I use condoms without much extra lubrication. Especially if you have sex frequently. Give it time to heal, and try putting some aloe vera or neosporin on it to help moisturize the skin back to health. It will help with irritation and pain. The lump you feel may also just be a result of skin irritation. Again, sometimes I get that as well when I use little lubrication. Let me know if this helps, if not, I will see what else I can do to assist you(: Just give it a few days of moisturizing the skin(: And best of luck to you sweetie!
