Help please !?

I have never had sexual intercourse but i did get alittle touchy with some guy in aug but that same month i got my period and the next two months aswell. In september i went to the ER with stomach pain and i was given a pregnancy test and came out neg. I had an x ray done afterwards and diagnosed with constipation. The next month a week after my period ended i started getting abdominal pain , nausea , loss appetite and diarhea. I went to the ER again got a pregnancy test again and came out negative. Can i be pregnant? In my opinion i think im not.
Both test came out negative and i took them on different months. I believe since they did me x ray of my abdomin it would show something. The reason why im worried is because he touched my private part with his hand and no one knows if he had precum on it. I have not missed my period and it had lasted the same days as my reg period. Im just concerned

It is probably something else or just nerves.  If you've had 2 negative pregnancy tests.  Also the odds of you getting pregnant that way are like nothing.  If you had a period and had the same symptoms, I do not think you should worry about pregnancy.
