Help

Hi, I have vaginal odour and it's very potent. My boyfriend says it's not normal. I've seen my dr and all of the tests come back clean. I'm completely frustrated. The vagina smells like body odor just from wiping. Period smells fishy. Once the area is stimulated the odour because more potent. Honestly, what the heck is wrong with me? :(

sounds like bacterial vaginosis (bv). it can be quite common it is not an STI and it is treatable.  it just means the ph level in your vajay is abit out of whack.
you can get antibiotics (metronidazole) or you could try a tampon doused in vinegar to naturally adjust it.  try ask your doc about it.

Maybe try a specificly designed wash for that area, you can get them from the chemist, it helps balance ph, you use it daily instead of soap or body wash. I would avoid the vinegar tampon until you ask your doctor about it.

I was checked for bv and stds. I'm sure she must have checked for yeast too.

That was one if the tests I was given and it came back negative. For the tampon idea, do I just do it once?  How long would I keep it there? If it still persists do I do it often?

Don't overlook it if it is BV.  While BV itself is not dangerous, it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease.  Even if your ob-gyn scanned you for STDs, it is possible he or she did not swab you for BV.  If it's BV, take your antibiotics, home remedies are not reliable.
